Development industry app in Unity

Here is presentation of development industry app created for touchtable in Unity engine. App was built for sales department to give possibility of more effective and attractive way of presenting investment to the client.
Place of investment: Nadgórników Street in Katowice

I was responsible for almost all 3d stuff and design: from optimizing buildings models, creating textures, materials, environment and small architecture assets , through foliage assets created in SpeedTree to working on scenes in Unity for nice looking and smooth running in realtime presentations - optimalization, lighting setup, cameras setup, animations in cinemachine and post-processing.

It is running at 60 FPS in FullHD (1920x1080) and at more than 30 FPS in 4K on Geforce GTX 1050 - I think it`s really good result.
